After sending payment, please message me with:

  • Your first name
  • Your zodiac sign
  • If your reading includes another person: their name + zodiac sign
  • If booking a phone reading:
    • Your phone number
    • Three available times within the next 24 hours (phone readings are scheduled after 5pm EST, Monday–Saturday).

Pre-recorded readings are delivered within 24 hours. You may choose your topic — or select a general reading and allow Spirit to decide.
I do not answer medical or legal questions.

How to Prepare for Your Reading

To get the most out of your reading, it helps to be open, grounded, and intentional. You do not have to be perfect or “high vibe” — just present and honest.

  • Take a few deep breaths before your session or before sending your questions.
  • Write down your questions or topic clearly so Spirit can address what matters most.
  • Be open to hearing guidance that confirms, redirects, or gently challenges you.
  • Have a notebook or notes app nearby if you’d like to write things down.

Remember: a reading is meant to support you, not scare you. Messages are delivered with honesty and compassion.

Booking & Policies

  • Turnaround: Pre-recorded readings are delivered within 24 hours of payment and completed booking info.
  • Schedule: Phone readings are booked for after 5pm EST.
  • No Medical or Legal: These topics are not read on.
  • Energy Exchange: All readings are non-refundable once completed, as energy and time have already been exchanged.
  • Respectful Space: This is a judgment-free, spiritually grounded space. Please come as you are.

By booking a reading, you acknowledge that all messages are for spiritual insight and entertainment purposes only and do not replace professional, medical, legal, or mental health advice.

No Refunds: All readings are final. Once energy and time have been exchanged, the service is considered complete.

There are no refunds on phone readings. If I call twice and cannot reach you, the reading will be considered forfeited.

How will I receive my reading?

Pre-recorded readings are typically delivered as a private video or voice recording link, along with any notes or messages from Empress Kay. Text-based readings are sent in written form to the contact method you provided.

What if I don’t know what to ask?

You can always book a Message from Spirit or a Spiritual Guidance reading. In those sessions, Spirit brings forward what you most need to hear at this time.

Can I book more than one service?

Yes, you may book multiple services. If you do, please clearly label which payment is for which reading when you send your information.
